Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, June 9, 2017 – Books in Homes USA, a nonprofit organization that provides books to economically disadvantaged children to self-select and keep, hosted their first Monte Carlo Fundraiser on Saturday, June 3rd. With the help of many loyal and generous sponsors, the evening was a success filled with gaming, food, and drinks. All proceeds will go directly towards purchasing books for children in need in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
“Everyone I spoke with on Saturday evening expressed that they had a great time, wonderful food and enjoyed supporting a great cause. Books in Homes is grateful to our generous supporters, including BDP International, Hoffman Design Group, Beneficial Bank, Lionstone Insurance, Greg Howard, and in particular Lou Colameco and Wellshire Farms for hosting us at their campus,” said Dr. Richard Quest, Executive Director, Books in Homes USA.
